Equinox’s luxury branding doesn’t match its behavior here. The membership charges never seem clear or consistent at Equinox. Equinox needs transparency in billing and basic respect for members.
Members deserve dignity regardless of background. Equinox’s billing practices feel intentionally confusing and unfair. Being berated by staff while actively paying is unacceptable.
This looks like profiling rather than professional problem-solving. This feels like racial profiling layered on top of bad billing. This video shows how poorly Equinox treats paying members.
The billing confusion creates conflict that staff escalate poorly. Equinox’s luxury branding doesn’t match its behavior here. Canceling an Equinox membership shouldn’t feel like a legal battle.
